Twelve months manufacturer warranty on inhalation and bath chassis, extendable on commercial projects. Spare-parts availability is maintained for a minimum of five years from date of purchase. Warranty handling is direct with the manufacturer — no third-party service network in the loop.

Do you supply documentation for professional projects?

Yes. Every professional project receives a specification pack: certifications, footprint and clearance drawings, mass and dimensional data, electrical requirements, cleaning and maintenance procedures and destination-specific compliance documentation. CAD line drawings and BIM objects are being prepared for architectural distribution.

Can the equipment ship internationally?

Yes. Direct-from-manufacturer freight worldwide, DDP (duties paid) in most markets so there is no broker handoff. High-value or project-scheduled freight is timed against the client's install window rather than the order date.

Single units ship from held stock within 5–10 business days. Larger commercial orders, custom-finish runs and coordinated project deliveries are quoted with a written schedule at the point of order — typically 4–8 weeks depending on scope and destination.

Is on-site installation required?

For single-unit residential projects, no — the equipment is plug-and-place. For commercial and multi-unit installations we coordinate with the project contractor and can quote local install through partner trades in major markets. Full installation documentation is supplied regardless.

Inhalation chassis footprints range from roughly the size of a premium air purifier to a side-table console. Bath equipment sits alongside the bathing vessel in a footprint comparable to a medium-format sound system. Full clearance drawings are supplied on request.
