The QY-A1200 carries the fullest certification stack in the range: CE, FCC, RoHS, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. ISO 13485 is a quality management system standard specifically for medical device manufacturers — the highest manufacturing quality benchmark relevant to a hydrogen inhalation device.

Pricing
All machines are available at the prices published on this site — no retail markup, no distributor margin. Volume pricing is available for orders of two or more machines of the same model. Use the enquiry form below to request a volume price or discuss a multi-machine installation.
Delivery
Free worldwide delivery to clinic addresses in all countries we serve. Duties and taxes prepaid in most cases. Typical delivery 10–14 business days door-to-door, tracked. For installations requiring a specific delivery window, note this in the enquiry form.
Warranty
12-month manufacturer warranty on every machine from the date of delivery. Clinic environments involve higher duty cycles than home use — if you are planning extended back-to-back sessions, specify this in your enquiry so we can confirm the appropriate machine for your use pattern.
Invoicing and GST
We can issue a tax invoice for Australian clinic purchases (YBG Group International Pty Ltd · ABN 22 636 934 999). For international clinic orders, a commercial invoice is provided with each shipment. Note your invoicing requirements in the enquiry form.
