Returns & Refunds

If you're not happy with your machine, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
1. The 30-day window
You may return any machine in original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Original outbound shipping was free; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the unit arrived damaged or faulty.
2. How to start a return
Email admin@hydrogenmachines.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you a return address and the steps to follow.
3. Refund timing
Once the returned machine has been received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we issue the refund to the original payment method. Card refunds usually settle within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Damaged or faulty on arrival
If the machine arrived damaged or doesn't work as described, contact us immediately and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice. We cover return shipping in this case.
5. Accessories Return Policy
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for accessories, consumables, replacement filters, tubing, cannulas, masks, fittings, water-treatment components, or other accessory items once dispatched.
This restriction exists because many accessories are hygiene-related, consumable in nature, or intended for direct connection to hydrogen generation systems.
If an accessory arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or other appropriate remedy.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
