Accessories return policy: change-of-mind returns are not accepted for accessories, consumables, replacement filters, tubing, cannulas, masks, fittings, water-treatment components, or other accessory items once dispatched. Many of these are hygiene-related, consumable in nature, or intended for direct connection to hydrogen generation systems. If an accessory arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, repair or other appropriate remedy.
