Shipping Policy

All machines ship free to every country we serve, tracked and insured door-to-door.

Accessory-only orders: free delivery on accessory orders US$79 and over. Accessory-only orders under US$79 add a flat US$9.95 shipping line at checkout. Adding any machine to your cart removes the accessory shipping fee.

Typical door-to-door delivery is 10–14 business days worldwide. We email you a tracking link as soon as your machine leaves the warehouse.

We prepay customs duties and local taxes (DDP) wherever the destination country permits — the price you see at checkout is the final price. In countries where prepayment isn't permitted, the carrier collects duties and taxes on arrival; we'll email you when the shipment clears, before any payment is requested.

The list below is provisional pending freight partner confirmation — final lists will be confirmed before launch.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your machine leaves the warehouse. If tracking stops updating for more than 3 business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.

Please give us a daytime address — residential or business — where someone can receive the parcel. Larger machines may require a signature. If you need to change an address after the order is in transit, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to re-route.
