Hydrogen Machines is operated by YBG Group International Pty Ltd (ABN 22 636 934 999). We collect only what we need to take and ship your order and to respond to your enquiries.

1. What we collect

Contact enquiries: name, email, message.
Orders: billing name, shipping address, phone, email, the products purchased.
Payment: processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers or CVV codes.
Site usage: standard server log data (IP, browser, pages visited).

2. How we use it

To process orders, take payment and fulfil international shipping;
To respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
To send order, shipping and warranty-related communications;
To meet our legal, tax and consumer-law obligations.

3. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / similar)

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@hydrogenmachines.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.

4. Retention

Order and invoice records: 7 years for tax purposes. Support correspondence: 3 years. Server logs: up to 90 days.
