Wellness Architecture: Designing Around Health-Positive Environments
Wellness architecture is a language of restraint. Natural materials, indirect light, acoustic care, and equipment that recedes into the composition rather than announcing itself. The hydrogen bath specification lives comfortably in that language when integrated correctly. This page covers the design principles behind wellness-first architecture and where hydrogen equipment fits within them.

Light
Warm 2700K sources, dimmable, indirect. No visible fluorescents, no downlights over the tub. The bath is a low-light ritual — the equipment enclosure is not backlit.
Acoustic envelope
Soft materials at high frequencies, mass at low frequencies, and equipment specified for quiet operation. Both hydrogen chassis meet the acoustic brief of a serious wellness room.
Materials
Stone, timber, lime plaster, brushed metals. The hydrogen chassis is concealed in millwork of the client's chosen material palette; the visible diffuser reads as a finished-metal detail sympathetic to the surrounding fixtures.
Programming
Wellness architecture programmes for movement, contrast, immersion and rest. Hydrogen bath belongs in the immersion pillar; hydrogen inhalation, in adjacent quiet space, in the rest pillar.
