Our wholesale programme is structured for partners building the hydrogen wellness category seriously in-market — distributors who want a long-term supply relationship, not opportunistic resellers chasing a single drop-shipped SKU. The product range, the commercial terms and the documentation pack are all designed around that premise: a partner should be able to take stock, hold it confidently, market it accurately, and stand behind it commercially in their territory.

Trade pricing applies from three units, with progressively keener pricing on larger volumes. Distributor agreements are typically structured around a quarterly minimum rather than a single-order minimum — that pattern works better for resellers building a category from a standing start, allowing initial stock to land and prove its demand profile before the next replenishment cycle. We'll quote either model on the same enquiry; whichever fits the partner's working capital better is fine.

Distributor programme

The distributor programme is the senior tier of our wholesale relationship. It is built around a standing forecast, a documented market-development plan in the partner's territory, and a quarterly replenishment cadence that allows us to align manufacturing capacity against the partner's pipeline rather than against ad-hoc POs. Distributors operating in this tier receive priority production allocation, the keenest trade pricing in the range, and conditional territory exclusivity where it's earned.

The relationship cuts both ways. We commit to consistent spec across batches, aligned firmware and certification, dispatch within agreed windows, and a single point of contact on commercial and engineering matters. The partner commits to the forecast, to in-market service capability, and to brand-consistent marketing that does not drift into medical or therapeutic claims. Where either side cannot meet those commitments the programme is paused and renegotiated rather than allowed to drift.

Private label opportunities

For partners with committed volume, private-label production is available. Private label includes branded chassis trim, branded packaging, branded user documentation, and a brand-neutral specification pack the partner can adapt under their own logo. The underlying engineering, certification and ISO 9001 manufacturing system is identical to our retail catalogue — private label is a finish and packaging programme, not a separate engineering programme.

Custom enclosure tooling — full-bodywork redesign, custom display modules, OEM electronics integration — is available for larger committed-volume programmes where the unit economics of tooling justify the investment. We will not undertake private label below thresholds that make the work uneconomic for the partner; if the volume isn't there yet we'll say so and recommend starting with standard retail packaging until it is.

Commercial pricing and bulk orders

Trade pricing is structured in three bands: small wholesale (three to twenty units), distributor wholesale (twenty-plus units against a standing forecast), and container-volume (full or part-container orders with sea-freight coordination). Pricing within each band is volume-progressive and quoted in writing on each enquiry. We do not publish trade pricing publicly — partners receive a documented quote with delivery window, certification copies and warranty terms attached.

For bulk orders we hold inventory of common spec chassis to allow staged dispatch against the partner's stock plan rather than requiring the full order to ship in one consignment. Payment terms scale with the relationship: deposit-and-balance for early orders, net terms by negotiation for established partners with trading history. We do not extend net terms on a first order — the discipline protects both sides of the relationship.

Worldwide logistics

We dispatch wholesale orders worldwide. For container-volume orders we coordinate sea freight directly with the partner's preferred forwarder or recommend one if the partner does not have an established relationship in the lane. For air-freight pallet orders we organise consolidated dispatch with full tracking and consignment-level visibility. DDP delivery is available in most markets where the partner prefers to receive landed-cost stock rather than coordinate import themselves.

Spare-parts inventory is dispatched alongside major orders by default — sized to roughly two percent of unit volume across the major service items. This is non-negotiable for distributor-tier relationships because in-market service capability is the difference between a category that grows and one that stalls on the first warranty issue.

Certifications, quality and manufacturing standards

Every unit is built to the same engineering, certification and quality envelope regardless of whether it ships in retail or wholesale packaging — there is no second-tier production for wholesale. CE, FCC and RoHS certifications cover the major destination markets; the manufacturing system is ISO 9001. Certificate copies, test reports and origin documentation are part of the standard wholesale documentation pack.

Pre-dispatch QA covers output, purity, electrical envelope, leak test and finish inspection. QA records are retained per-serial-number and can be supplied on request — this matters for distributors in regulated markets where the destination authority occasionally asks for traceability documentation against a specific unit in service. The QA discipline is the foundation of the warranty programme, and we ask wholesale partners to treat it as part of the value of the relationship rather than as background overhead.

We're selective about wholesale partners — not because we want to be difficult, but because the partners we already work with do well precisely because the network around them is curated. A distributor in a territory has more category traction when they are not also competing with three opportunistic resellers shipping at lower prices and without service capability. The selectivity is part of the commercial offer.
