The home wellness room has emerged as one of the defining luxury residential briefs of the current decade. Where a generation ago a high-end house specified a media room, a wine room and a gym, today's premium build adds a dedicated wellness room — a calm, low-light space combining an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, breathwork programming and, increasingly, hydrogen inhalation and hydrogen bath capability. The room sits adjacent to the master suite, the home gym or the spa bathroom depending on the floor plan.

From a designer's perspective, the appeal of hydrogen equipment in this context is that it disappears into the room. A QY-series inhaler is roughly the size of a high-end air purifier and lives discreetly on a side console; a WZ-1™ bath unit conceals neatly in a millwork cabinet alongside a freestanding tub. The equipment reads as a refined wellness fixture rather than a piece of medical hardware — closer in feel to a Bang & Olufsen speaker than to a CPAP machine.

WZ-1™ is the chassis specified for residential use — it dissolves molecular hydrogen into the bath water through a corrosion-resistant diffuser over a quiet 10 to 15 minute cycle, after which the homeowner enters a saturated tub for the soak itself. The unit then idles silently for the duration of the bath.

In high-end installations the unit is concealed in a millwork cabinet immediately adjacent to the tub, with ventilation routed through the same joinery. Only the diffuser remains visible at the tub edge — a small, finished metal element that reads as part of the tub fixture rather than as separate equipment. We supply concealment specifications and clearance drawings as part of the standard spec pack so the cabinetmaker can fabricate the housing alongside the rest of the bathroom millwork.

Single-unit residential installations are typically owner-managed: door-to-door tracked freight, unbox, position on a level surface, plug into a standard wall outlet, attach the diffuser. The product ships with installation documentation written for a homeowner rather than for a service engineer, and most clients are operational within an hour of equipment arrival.
