Even our cheapest machine beats HEALR's most expensive setting.
Our $1,795 entry-level P58 delivers more real, pure hydrogen per minute than HEALR's InhaleH2 running flat out at maximum concentration — and every other model in our range does too.
The only exception: our flagship QY-A3000 ($5,695) costs slightly more than HEALR's converted USD price — but delivers over 4× the hydrogen for it.

The headline number
HEALR's InhaleH2 ($5,197 USD (converted from A$7,499)) delivers between 60 and 480 ml/min of pure H₂, depending on the FiH₂ concentration setting selected via its airtight mask system. Our entry P58 ($1,795 USD) delivers up to 1,000 ml/min of pure H₂ at its maximum setting — more than double HEALR's ceiling, at roughly a third of the delivered price.
On output, every machine in our inhaler range — from the P58 up to the flagship QY-A3000 — exceeds HEALR's 480 ml/min ceiling. On price, every model except the QY-A3000 ($5,695 USD) also comes in below HEALR's converted price of $5,197 USD. The QY-A3000 sits roughly $500 above HEALR after conversion, but delivers 2,000 ml/min pure H₂ — more than 4× HEALR's maximum output.
This is not a claim about wellness outcome, safety or product quality. It is a straight read of the two spec sheets and a stated exchange rate.
Currency & exchange rate
Our range is priced in USD. HEALR publishes its price in Australian dollars. To compare like-for-like, HEALR's price has been converted to USD using a fixed, dated reference rate rather than a live feed — a comparison page shouldn't silently reprice on every visit.
HEALR InhaleH2 price converted from A$7,499 at 0.693 AUD/USD (RBA reference rate, 6 July 2026). Actual USD cost at time of purchase will vary with exchange rates and card FX fees.
Math: A$7,499 × 0.693 = US$5,196.81, rounded to $5,197 USD. Re-run the conversion at any current rate to check where HEALR sits against the range today.
How HEALR's pure-H₂ figure is calculated
HEALR publishes total gas flow and adjustable FiH₂ concentration on their own product page. The pure-H₂ figure is not published directly — it is derived from those two numbers.
Total gas flow: 12,000 ml/min. Adjustable FiH₂ concentration: 0.5% to 4%.
Low setting: 12,000 × 0.5% = 60 ml/min pure H₂. Maximum setting: 12,000 × 4% = 480 ml/min pure H₂.

Two different design philosophies
HEALR's design intent is controlled low-concentration dosing delivered through an airtight mask over a longer sitting. That is a valid approach and this page is not a judgement of it.
The Hydrogen Machines range is designed for high-purity, high-flow direct inhalation via nasal cannula — pure H₂ measured in hundreds to thousands of millilitres per minute rather than as a fractional concentration of a much larger diluted air stream.
The comparison below is about output volume of pure hydrogen per minute, and delivered price. Nothing else.
Setup & daily operation
Per the manufacturer's published user manual for this device (sold under HEALR/InhaleH2 branding), first use requires a multi-hour warm-up cycle before the device may be operated, along with multi-part assembly of the hose, breathing bag, mask valve and mask itself. Firmware updates rely on a WiFi connection, and the water tank must be filled with distilled water kept below 5 ppm TDS. Ongoing upkeep includes a HEPA filter change roughly every six months and a full water drain and refill every 30 to 60 days. The same manual documents eight distinct warning or error states the user may need to diagnose.
The Hydrogen Machines range is built for simpler operation: fill the reservoir, connect the cannula, and start the session. No mandatory warm-up before first use, no breathing-bag assembly, no WiFi dependency for firmware, and no fixed HEPA-replacement cadence. Standard tap or filtered water is fine for the reservoir; distilled is optional, not required.
This is a difference in operational overhead, not a claim about safety or efficacy. Buyers who value the mask-and-bag delivery format may consider the extra setup a reasonable trade; buyers who want to sit down and use the machine will likely prefer the simpler path.
