WZ-1™ is the chassis specified for German hydrogen bath installations — Wellness-Hotel suites, Privatklinik recovery rooms, and luxury private residences from the Berlin Mitte penthouse market to alpine chalet builds. The unit retrofits alongside an existing tub without rebuilding the bathroom: the dissolution diffuser drops into the tub, the chassis sits on a level surface within reach of a Schuko outlet, and a 10–15 minute cycle saturates the bath water with molecular hydrogen before the guest enters.

For German residential projects — typically high-end refurbishments in Munich, Hamburg and Frankfurt, or new-build luxury apartments and country houses — the installation drawings drop straight into the architect's Leistungsverzeichnis. There is no plumbing change, no structural intervention, and no specialist trade required for the install. For Wellness-Hotels and Privatkliniken, the same chassis supports back-to-back guest cycles and is rated for the operational rhythm a commercial property requires.

All units shipped to Germany are supplied configured for 230 V / 50 Hz mains with the CEE 7/4 (Schuko) plug fitted as standard. The internal power supplies are 100–240 V auto-sensing — there is no separate German SKU, and equipment relocated within Europe or across the Channel will work on local mains with a plug change only. EMC behaviour is documented under the FCC report and the CE Declaration of Conformity; both documents are included in the commercial documentation pack on request.

For freight, we ship DDP from our Australian distribution hub directly to a German receiving address. Customs documentation, import VAT and any duties are pre-paid; the consignment clears at a major German freight hub (typically Frankfurt or Leipzig) and is delivered tracked door-to-door. Typical timeline is 1–3 working days handling plus 5–10 working days transit, with single-point freight handling — there is no third-party broker between the manufacturer and your receiving dock.

We sit upstream of the European reseller layer — our equipment is shipped directly from manufacturing supply, configured for German mains, with the documentation pack assembled before dispatch.
