More hydrogen per dollar across our range — see exactly where.
Qlife's H2 Respire 1000 ($3,105 USD) is a real, established competitor with a directly-stated 666 ml/min pure H₂ output — not a diluted-concentration figure. This page is an honest per-tier comparison, not a blanket claim.
Below Qlife's price, our P58 ($1,795), QY-A900 ($2,397), W30-660 ($2,695) and QY-A1200 ($2,877) match or beat Qlife on pure-H₂ output. At Qlife's price tier, our W30-1000 ($3,395) beats it on output for a small premium. Above Qlife's price, our W30-1400, QY-A1800 and flagship QY-A3000 beat it decisively on output at a price premium.

How to read the table below
Qlife's Respire 1000 publishes 666 ml/min pure H₂ output at $3,105. The comparison below is grouped by price tier around that figure:
Under $3,105 (P58, QY-A900, W30-660, QY-A1200): match or beat Qlife on pure-H₂ output at a lower delivered price.
Around $3,105 (W30-1000 at $3,395): beat Qlife on output for a small premium.
Over $3,105 (W30-1400, QY-A1800, QY-A3000): beat Qlife decisively on output at a larger premium — right choice only if higher output is what you're buying.
Purity: Qlife publishes 99.97% hydrogen purity; our machines are specified at 99.99%. That's a small difference and shouldn't be a deciding factor on its own.
Multi-user reality check — 222 ml/min per person
Qlife's Respire 1000 is packaged as a multi-user kit — three nasal cannulas are included so up to three people can inhale simultaneously. That's a genuine feature and worth accounting for.
However, the 666 ml/min figure Qlife publishes is total combined output from the unit, not output per cannula. Divided across three simultaneous users, each person receives approximately 222 ml/min. That is less than our entry-level P58 delivers to a single user at its low setting (660 ml/min), and less than any inhaler in our range delivers to a single user.
If the intended use is one or two people at a time, the shared-output math is more forgiving. If the intended use is genuinely three concurrent users, per-person output is the more relevant figure than the combined headline number.
Spa function ≠ full-body hydrogen bath
The Respire 1000 kit includes a Hydrogen Foot & Facial Spa function, rated by Qlife at 1000 ppb dissolved H₂. This is a small basin attachment — designed for feet or face, not a full bathtub.
Genuine full-body hydrogen bathing needs meaningfully higher flow to dissolve therapeutic hydrogen levels across a full bathtub's water volume. Our WZ-1 Hydrogen Spa Generator is a purpose-built bath system — 3,500 ml/min output, over 2,000 ppb dissolved H₂ across a full bath. See the WZ-1 product page for the full spec: https://hydrogenmachines.com.au/products/wz-1.
This isn't a criticism of Qlife's spa attachment for what it's designed to do — a small basin is a small basin. It's a note for buyers considering the Respire 1000 as an all-in-one inhaler + bath solution: for full-body bathing you'll want a dedicated bath generator, not an inhaler with a foot-spa attachment.
