Across both hospitality and residential segments, the NZ buyer rewards engineering provenance, published specifications and certification evidence over soft positioning — and treats hydrogen amenity as a serious infrastructure investment.

WZ-1™ is the chassis specified for New Zealand residential and lodge hydrogen bath installations. The Queenstown lakeside, Wanaka, Auckland waterfront and Coromandel luxury residential segments specify in-bath hydrogen across the principal bathroom in new-build and major-refurbishment product. South Island lodge owner suites and signature guest accommodation install the same chassis. The unit retrofits onto the existing tub, runs from a Type I outlet, and is supplied with installation drawings for the project architect or builder ahead of dispatch.

For multi-bath residential builds — typical in Queenstown lakeside and Wanaka new-build product — the same chassis is specified across every bathroom for spec consistency. For lodge operators, we hold stock to allow staged dispatch against fit-out programme rather than against the original order date.

All units shipped to New Zealand are supplied configured for 230 V / 50 Hz with the AS/NZS 3112 (Type I) plug fitted as standard — the same plug used across Australia and New Zealand. The internal PSU is 100–240 V auto-sensing, so the chassis is identical to other international units. EMC behaviour is documented under the FCC report and the CE Declaration of Conformity; both documents ship in the commercial documentation pack and are accepted by NZ lodge operators, hotel procurement teams and residential consultants as the substantive certification evidence for the wellness equipment category.

For freight, we ship DDP from our Australian distribution hub directly to a NZ receiving address. NZ GST and any duties are pre-paid; the consignment clears Auckland or Christchurch customs and is delivered tracked door-to-door. The Tasman corridor is one of the shortest international freight legs we operate — typical door-to-door transit is 4–8 working days.
