The Swiss buyer reads the certification archive before the brochure, expects manufacturing provenance in writing, and treats published specifications as the primary basis for a purchase decision. WZ-1™ is the chassis specified for Swiss residential hydrogen bath installations — single-bath master suites in lakeside Genève and Zürich apartments, principal bathrooms in St. Moritz and Gstaad chalets, full-floor wellness suites in Verbier and Zermatt new-build product. The unit retrofits alongside the existing tub without rebuilding the bathroom: the diffuser drops into the bath, the chassis sits within reach of a Type J wall outlet, and a 10–15 minute cycle saturates the bath water with molecular hydrogen before the owner enters.

For chalet builds and Alpine residential projects, we supply installation drawings in metric to the architect ahead of equipment dispatch. There is no plumbing intervention, no structural work, and no specialist trade required. For multi-bath chalet portfolios — typical at the very top of the St. Moritz and Gstaad markets — the same chassis is specified across every bathroom for spec consistency, and stock is held to allow staged dispatch against the project programme rather than against the original order date.

All units shipped to Switzerland are supplied configured for 230 V / 50 Hz with the SEV 1011 (Type J) plug fitted as standard. The internal PSU is 100–240 V auto-sensing — the chassis is identical to EU units, only the cordset differs. EMC behaviour is documented under the FCC report and the CE Declaration of Conformity; both documents ship in the commercial documentation pack and are accepted by Swiss procurement teams as the substantive certification evidence for the wellness equipment category.

Switzerland sits outside the EU customs union, so customs clearance is handled as a separate step at Zürich or Basel. We ship DDP from our Australian distribution hub directly to a Swiss receiving address with Swiss VAT and any duties pre-paid. Tracked door-to-door delivery is single-point — no third-party broker between the manufacturer and the Swiss receiving dock. Typical timeline is 1–3 working days handling plus 6–10 working days transit plus 1–2 working days Swiss clearance.
