The wellness tourism flow into both cities — sustained by long-haul connectivity, year-round operability and the absence of seasonal demand collapse — is structurally larger than most national wellness markets.

This combination makes the UAE one of the most receptive commercial markets in the world for credible, engineering-led wellness equipment. The buyer profile — hotel procurement, villa interior architects, family-office facilities managers, hospitality wellness directors — expects specification documentation, certification evidence and manufacturing provenance as the basis for purchase. Soft marketing does not move equipment into a Palm villa or a Burj-adjacent hotel suite. Documented engineering does. Hydrogen Machines was built for that conversation.

WZ-1™ is the chassis specified for UAE residential hydrogen bath installations. The Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Bay, Al Barari and Saadiyat villa segments are particularly active — typically as part of a principal-bathroom specification during construction or major refurbishment, often across multiple bathrooms in larger villa product. The unit retrofits onto the existing tub without rebuilding the bathroom, the diffuser drops into the bath, the chassis sits within reach of a Type G outlet, and a 10–15 minute cycle saturates the water with molecular hydrogen before the owner or guest enters.

For villa builds and luxury residential projects we supply installation drawings in metric to the project consultant ahead of dispatch. There is no plumbing intervention, no structural work, and no specialist trade required to install. For multi-bath villa portfolios — typical in the Palm and Emirates Hills markets — the same chassis is specified across every bathroom for spec consistency, and stock is held to allow staged dispatch against the project programme.

All units shipped to the UAE are supplied configured for 230 V / 50 Hz with the BS 1363 (Type G) plug fitted as standard — matching UAE 230 V mains infrastructure. The internal PSU is 100–240 V auto-sensing, so the chassis is identical to other international units. EMC behaviour is documented under the FCC report and the CE Declaration of Conformity; both documents ship in the commercial documentation pack and are accepted by UAE hotel procurement teams and HNW residential consultants as the substantive certification evidence for the wellness equipment category.

For freight, we ship DDP from our Australian distribution hub directly to a UAE receiving address — Dubai (DXB, DWC) or Abu Dhabi (AUH) is the customs clearance hub depending on routing. UAE VAT and any duties are pre-paid; the consignment is delivered tracked door-to-door with no third-party broker between the manufacturer and the receiving dock. The Dubai corridor is one of the shortest international freight legs we operate — typical door-to-door transit is 5–10 working days.

We work directly with UAE hotel groups, resort operators, villa consultants, family offices, residential developers and selected trade partners — without a parallel-import reseller layer between the manufacturer and the buyer. Equipment ships configured for UAE mains with the documentation pack assembled before dispatch, freight is single-point DDP with UAE customs handled centrally, and the warranty path runs directly to the supplier.

Trade and distributor relationships in the UAE are selective — we work with a small number of partners serving the hotel, branded-residence and HNW villa segments rather than a wide reseller network. Portfolio orders are coordinated centrally with staged dispatch against the project programme.
